Our team is led by an expert with 30 years of experience in production quality engineering, COO, and the team management consists of jewelry manufacturing experts with more than 15 years of industry experience , covering design, production, quality control and customer service. Whether it is new product customization development or mass production, we can provide customized solutions according to your needs.
Michael has 30 years of experience in quality management, R&D, and production management, including 20 years in the jewelry manufacturing industry. He focuses on copper/stainless steel jewelry production management, quality/R&D system building, introduction and development of automation equipment, and information system automation. He attaches great importance to quality control system and R&D.
Under his leadership, SH’s quality control system and R&D system are at least 30% ahead of the industry.
Since the establishment of the factory in 2005, he has led the team to increase production capacity to 4 million pieces per year and established stable cooperation with 150+ international brands, including fast fashion brands, light luxury e-commerce and department store channels. He led the factory to pass ISO9001, BSCI and other international certifications to ensure seamless connection between production processes and compliance requirements of the European and American markets.
In recent years, he has focused on the construction of a flexible supply chain to achieve parallel delivery of small orders (MOQ 500 and above) and large orders (500,000 pieces/month).
